The Oasis Community Cup: Week 10
Timing: From October 30th 11:30am (PST) to November 3rd 11:30 am (PST).
To recap Week 9’s challenge, we asked about what broad areas YOU would like to see the Oasis technology in. Here’s a breakdown of how community members responded:
Main Challenge:
Building on last week, we want to dive a little deeper and hear about specific scenarios YOU believe will benefit from data tokenization on the Oasis Network. These scenarios can be within the fields we discussed last week or in entirely new fields.
Here are some examples of scenarios:
“I use a mobile app that tracks my running progress. I wish I could earn money and help advance research by sharing that data with health care companies and medical researchers in a secure way. #OasisNetwork”
“It would be amazing if I could stake my data and earn rewards for my data just like I can earn rewards in DeFi applications like Uniswap. #OasisNetwork”
“A lot of cars come with GPS trackers now. I would feel better about my personal privacy if that data were stored in a secure place and I had direct control over which entities had access to it. #OasisNetwork.”
